VITMEE - VIT Master's Entrance Examination (M.Tech & MCA)
The VIT Master's Entrance Examination (VITMEE) is conducted by the VIT University for admission to its Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and Master in Technology (M.Tech) programs. The Vellore Institute of Technology, also known as VIT University, consists of seven schools which offer 17 undergraduate programmes and 28 post graduate programmes. VIT has campuses in Chennai and Vellore, both of which are in Tamil Nadu.

Eligibility criteria
You should have graduated from a full-time degree with a minimum of 60% (if applying for MCA) and 50% (if applying for M.Tech) from any recognized university. If you are in your final degree semester/or applying for the final degree exam, you are also eligible. You should have completed the final semester/year exams before VIT's selection interview during the process of admission.
A consistent record in Xth and XIIth is required.
Before 15th August, 2014, you should be able to produce the final year's statement of marks and a provisional degree certificate. Failing to do so will lead to cancellation of admission.
