Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is a university established under section 3 of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act of 1956. The university was founded by Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, popularly known as AMMA. AMMA’s guidance, nourishment, energy, and resources have made this varsity one of the world’s top class institutions which is now having 5-campus, multi-disciplinary, University with over 15 schools, 75 degree programs, 1000 faculty, and 7000 students.
